FAA Proposing Regulations to Keep Bird-Strike Info From Public

Timesunion.com is reporting a story that a policy which would regulate free-flowing information about bird strikes could be a safety move. The Timesunion.com site states that the FAA could be thinking the airlines would possibly withhold it’s voluntarily given infomation about the strikes.
Their reason? If a specific airline has more bird strikes it could effect ticket sales.
